1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with Philipp Freiburger.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The languages available for the conclusion of the contract: German and English

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. Delivery conditions

We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself. Shipping and processing times can be found here.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.

5.1 PayPal, PayPal Express

In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process. PayPal can offer registered PayPal customers, selected according to its own criteria, additional payment methods in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these methods; other individually offered payment methods affect your legal relationship with PayPal. 5.2 Klarna

You can choose to pay using Klarna. Klarna will provide you with specific payment terms. For further information or questions regarding your payment, please visit Klarna’s website or contact Klarna’s customer service.

5.3 Direct bank transfer

With the “direct bank transfer” payment method, the customer transfers the invoice amount in advance to our specified bank account. The order will only be dispatched after the payment has been received in our account. The bank details will be communicated to you by email after the order has been completed. The order will only be processed and dispatched after the invoice amount has been received in full in our account. The delivery time is extended according to the bank processing time. In the event of a cancellation or revocation, the amount already paid will be refunded to the bank account you used, unless otherwise agreed. Please state your order number as the purpose of the transfer to ensure that your payment is correctly allocated. We accept no liability for delays caused by the bank’s processing times.

7. Dispute resolution
